Career Switch is a self-paced program designed to help you navigate career change with more clarity and confidence – whether you are exploring possibilities, changing industries or redefining what you want from work.
The Switch program
The world of work is changing rapidly. Linear career paths are becoming less common, industries are evolving, and many people are reassessing what they want from work – whether that’s purpose, flexibility, stability, growth, balance, or something entirely different.
This program is designed to help you navigate that change, by better understanding yourself, your direction and how to move forwards with intention. Throughout the program, you’ll work through four stages.
1. Trigger
Active career change starts with a trigger – a feeling, event or shift that prompts reflection. In this stage, you’ll explore what is driving your change and the factors shaping your career decisions.
2. Assess
You likely have more transferable skills, strengths and experiences than you realise. This stage helps you identify what you want to carry forward into your next role, including capabilities developed both inside and outside of work.
3. Test
You do not need to commit to a career path immediately. Strong career decisions are often developed through experimentation and exploration. This stage focuses on researching pathways, testing ideas and building clarity through action.
4. Switch
Once you have direction, the focus shifts toward building confidence and creating opportunities. This stage helps you communicate your value, strengthen your career narrative and take practical steps toward transition.
